My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite facing some challenges like needing our door keys remade multiple times to access our room and being located in the basement next to the highway, the rooms were clean with fresh linens and towels. However, the room lacked enough towels initially. The service was helpful in providing city information but encountered rudeness at the front desk. The location, though small, was convenient for exploring the city and close to attractions. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of breakfast items. Overall, the hotel had positives and negatives worth considering.
